Ingredients

  • 500 g Carrots
  • 4 pcs Garlic pressed
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar

Place the carrots in a large bowl and add garlic, salt, sugar, coriander, cayenne pepper,.
  3. Heat the Oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan until hot but not smoking. If using onions, lightly sauté them first.
  4. Pour the Hot Oil

Carefully pour the hot oil over the garlic and spices. You’ll immediately smell the flavors bloom.
  5. Add Vinegar and Mix

Add vinegar and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Chill Before Serving

For the best flavor, refrigerate the salad overnight.
